La Lucha

A fun, new restaurant at the Paul-Lincke-Ufer in Kreuzberg: La Lucha trumps with its authentic Mexican food and a well equipped bar!

La Lucha (span.: the fight), a restaurant opened in April 2017, is now enriching the food scene of Kreuzberg with its Mexican roots.

The owner’s mission is to enable a modern and authentic menu as opposed to all the Tex Mex locations, that have been founded over the past years in the greater Berlin area. You can choose between a variety of dishes, that cover everything from Ceviche over Burritos to Tacos! In addition to this feast, their cozy bar is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of Sangria, a shot Tequila or a snifter of Mezcal.

The diner itself is a combination of brightly coloured patterns, modern structure and a touch of casual cafeteria vibes. It merges the Mexican temperament with some Central European flair. You’ll find yourself in very high spirits, while sitting on one of the wooden chairs, surrounded by forest green walls, different plants and lots of paintings, sipping from a coconut and smelling your freshly ordered Molcajete.

JUMP Berlin’s opinion:

A modern interpretation of Originale Cocina Mexicana! It’s a great contribution to our Berlin food culture and its meals and drinks continue to tempt us to a trip to South America.
