Welcome to Berlin’s own little salad growbox, the Good Bank in Berlin – Mitte. The restaurant is located between Alexanderplatz and Weinmeisterstraße. From here you can easily reach shops and sights like the Hackesche Höfe.

When you enter the shop you will immediately notice the indoor salad beds. So you know the origin of your salad, the staff can explain everything about growing, harvesting and preparation. Before your very eyes, the salad that you have ordered is harvested from the so-called vertical farming. A clear conscience is preprogrammed when eating. Almost all offered products are homemade, there is even delicious homemade lemonade, which we strongly recommend. The compositions of the salads and the so-called bowls are all fresh and delicately tasted, also the in-house dressing is great. All ingredients are regional and have a certified organic seal. In the restaurant you sit on stools at a bar or in front of the door on ale-benches. The interior of the Good Bank is just as extraordinary as the breeding box-like growing media, which pile up to the ceiling. Everything is kept in a simple, white tone and looks very noble.
