Berlinburger International
In search of Berlin’s best burger we went to the Berlinburger International in Berlin – Neukölln. The small shop on Pannierstraße is best reached via the underground station Hermannplatz, from there you need max. 5 min by foot.
Towards the end of 2009, the owners rented the small but fine location in the Pannierstraße and began to paint and spray it in the typical Berlin style and dress the interior with bricks. In the summer of 2010 during the Walpurgisnacht the first burgers were sold. It is important for the operator to run the store in the right way. Neukölln and its neighbourhoods are known to change permanently, Berlinburger International follows exactly those principles. Monthly, new burger creations are tried and sold. So it may happen that your burger consists of ingredients such as Irish cheddar, candied almonds, oyster mushrooms, cranberry mayo or other, exotic elements. The menu is stocked with typical classics, but also more unusual burgers such as the „three cheese high“, which is equipped with four different sorts of cheese. All burgers and sides are freshly prepared in front of you, the chefs use only high quality ingredients such as frisée, rocket or baby spinach. All burgers can also be individually designed with additional toppings.
JUMPBerlin says:
One of the best burger shops we had the chance to try in Berlin. Everything is just right here, the sight of a burger alone makes you hungry. The Berlinburger International is relatively small, there are only a few seats, so hurry and get your burger!
