This young duo consists of one of Germany’s youngest butchers Jörg Forstera and food blogger and activist Hendrik Haase. They want to revolutionize the butchery trade. With their booth in Markthalle Neun, they are implementing a completely new concept.
Directly behind a pane of glass, your sausage or ham is freshly prepared in front of you. Here they really put value on the meat and it tastes with every bite. Whether you bite into an incredibly juicy burger or a perfectly medium rare grilled steak does not matter. Attention, if you do not want to have it medium rare but grilled differently, then just tell one of the mates. He will prepare it perfectly according to your wishes.
