Nauta, which is located at Kastanienallee, captivates with its unique fusion kitchen. Peruan-Japanese dishes are served in a modern environment while the name Nauta comes from a small village in the Amazon and stands for ‘seaman’.

The restaurant is offering you a Pisco Bar and a Nikkei Cuisine. The Nikkei cuisine has its roots in Peru and got its influences by Japanese immigrants. At Nauta, dishes will be served with a touch of the Amazonian region.

They cook in a healthy style skipping gluten and industrial sugar and they try to use as few milk products as possible.

Here, you will find an open cuisine, where every guest can see how freshly their dishes are made.

In the kitchen, you can see how perfectly your steak is grilled. As a side dish, they offer various kickshaws, for example alga in three different flavours. Go for some appetizer, main course and dessert! You will not be turned down!
