Silo Coffee
Not far from Simon-Dach-Straße you will find Silo Coffee in Boxhagener Kiez: an Australian café and breakfast house in the heart of Friedrichshain. With real quality coffee from The Barn Roastery in Schönhauser Allee you can have healthy snacks and cakes prepared for you.
The furnishings are very minimal and rustic. Brick elements are built into the white walls on two sides, and a racing bike is attached to the wall. In the middle of the room there is a massive wooden counter and the whole bar installation in also made of wood. In the background there’s some sweet melody playing while the large windows allow a lot of light to come in and make the space even brighter. All in all, Silo Coffee has a down-to-earth touch, but is still very cosy.

One of the best addresses for good and healthy breakfast in Friedrichshain. The coffee, ground and roasted in Berlin, speaks for itself and also convinces connoisseurs. Especially the Aussie Breakfast with the delicious avocado toast was a real pleasure for us. A real plus point: Many of the dishes are gluten-free, vegan and allergy-friendly, so that everyone can feast on good coffee without a bad conscience. Good service, short waiting times. From here, you can also continue your day by going shopping at the famous Boxhagener Kiez.
