SOY

SOY is an Asian restaurant in central Berlin, located at Rosa-Luxemburg Platz, which focuses on providing their guests with delicious variations of vegan cuisine. Meals made out of soy are the main characteristic on the menu, as implicated by the name.

Here you’ll find yourself transported into a modern yet exotic atmosphere, with large windows and a comfortable setting, that accommodates both smaller and larger groups. Outdoor seating is available and very enjoyable in the summer time.

Most noteworthy is the food quality. Almost all of the ingredients are organically grown, while the kitchen skips the use of additives, such as flavour enhancers or artificial colours. Apart from their ethical motivation resulting from Buddhist philosophy, which the restaurant is inspired by, they want to emphasise the importance of a healthy food culture in the modern age.
