Aiko
The first impression you get from Aiko is a pleasantly modest one, with a mixture of traditional and modern infusions and the mouth watering smell of barbecue. This Japanese restaurant was opened in 2005 and is located on Brunnenstraße.
The open kitchen and complete wood panelling create a comfortable and warm environment, that is complemented by the outside terrace. It allows you to have a glance on the bustling area of the Rosenthaler Platz or watch the chef prepare your meal right in front of you.
It distinguishes itself with its rich menu of sushi, kushiage, tapas, noodle soups and fish specialities. Apart from the food, Aiko also stands out with its Japanese beverages: Sake, shochu and umeshu are only some of the drinks that you can discover here, besides the traditional choices of wine, beer, cocktails and home-made drinks.
