Panama

Restaurant and connected bar in Schöneberg. Local ingredients with an exotic touch create a German cuisine and a bit of nostalgia!

2016 marks the beginning of Panama in Schöneberg, that is managed by Ludwig Cramer-Klett, also owner of Katz Orange in Mitte.

This bar and restaurant helps you escape the monotonous, grey city routine and carries you off into a world of relaxed and dreamy summer moments. Take a sit on the cosy upholstery, while sipping on an exotic cocktail or participate in a culinary safari at the restaurant.

Panama Chef Sophia Rudolphs and her team convince their guests with local and fresh ingredients, foreign aromas and intriguing combinations of snacks, salads and desserts. To give you just some examples, the menu contains not only prawn crackers with pineapple and dill (7€), but also Hohenloher beef tartar with pickled Shiitake, wild currant and Nigella (16€).

JUMP Berlin’s opinion:

You can discover a new perspective on the typical German cuisine. If you’re only looking for a small bite with your cocktail, you should try some of the creative snacks at the bar. Definitely a must for the locals and visitors of Berlin-Tiergarten!
