Muret la Barba

The Muret la Barba on Rosenthaler Straße is one of the finest culinary adventures of Berlin Mitte. Next to the restaurant you will find a small Italian delicatessen store at the corner house, which also provides excellent southern wines.

There are no welcome signs nor any other eyecatchers for hungry guests, just a bare glass fassade instead of luminous advertising. The restaurant visually disappears in the lively, pompous Rosenthaler Straße, it’s the type of restaurant that emerges at second glance.

The focus of this restaurant is set on a rustical, authentic gastronomic culture, there is no pomposity like in any other classy, noble italian restaurant as everything is furnished in a trattoria style. Take a seat at one of the wooden tables in front of the wine boxes and enjoy your evening.

The menu card provides everything an Italy-loving heart needs, from lovely Antipasti to Risotti, home-made pasta and exquisite meat. You will also find the best desserts and wine in town.

An absolute insiders’ tip. The quality of the dishes is amazing, we think their cuisine is one of the closest to the original Italian kitchen, and it is not even expensive. You need to try it!
